The way you would send us a PDF is no different from sending a video or an audio file. Simply send a form field in the
request called text and provide your text file. The API will validate that it’s valid file type and will send it on the correct translation flow.
PDF files are brilliant for humans but not great for machines because computers struggle to read PDF files we flag these
translations for manual review but a member of our team. This will result in translations taking slightly longer to process than video or audio files.
Our srt generation code will read everything in your PDF file. This can from time to time include unwanted items like tables of contents and page footers.
Although we will try and catch these in our manual quality control stage to speed up translations please try and remove these from documents you send to us.
